Standardized and Structured Digital Transformation Model for Medium-Sized Manufacturing Firms
Industry 4.0 and digital transformation strategies have a lot of alternatives, and choosing the best one requires weighing a lot of contradictory qualitative and quantitative factors. Furthermore, in order to produce reasonable, logical, and trustworthy results, a robust and efficient decision-making model must be used to overcome uncertainties. The presented model including Type-2 Neutrosophic fuzzy CRITIC and MAUT techniques is expected to have potential to produce both theoretical and managerial impacts for manufacturing firms in their digital transformation processes.
The proposed model will provide;
Contribution to the research community as a result of new and objective outputs with the proposed model by taking advantage of the existing knowledge in this field by examining existing digital transformation assessment models in detail through literature review and expert interviews.
A novel assessment model specific to manufacturing firms that will help to determine the requirements and developing strategic alternatives for a road map during digital transformation process.
