The criteria and alternative strategies to be included in the proposed evaluation model were determined by taking the opinions of experts in the field of digital transformation as well as the literature review.
For this purpose, it has been aimed to identify the selection criteria by applying analytical approaches to fill the gap in the criteria in the literature aside from helping decision-makers in the manufacturing industry encounter real-world decision-making problems. All of these factors and criteria have been evaluated by experts. After obtaining all ideas among experts, a criteria set has been identified.
