This project aims to propose an assessment model for assisting manufacturing firms in their digital transformation process by providing a data-driven capability assessment, and strategic alternatives for road map to progress in a structured way .

The criteria and strategy set will be determined by using literature review and field experts' opinions.
Creating the Model

The model will be created with fuzzy based methods by analyzing previous models and field expert contributions, pilot tests will be carried out.
Applying the Model
Applying the Model
The proposed assessment model will be applied to medium-sized manufacturing firms.
Testing the Model
Testing the Model
The robustness and sensitivity tests of the model will be carried out and also focus group meetings will be set with industry experts.
